Reading this book was a therapeutic journey. I really loved how author walked through her's and her clients struggle, and even though I haven't had similar struggles (except a few), I could still relate and empathise their journey. Also, what I really like was it gave a lot of messages and tips with our being PREACHY.

However, as Basith mentions, the best part was that we were able to have a VERY insightful discussion after reading the book.

The moment I finished this book I had an urge to recommend this to my friends, hence the 5 stars. It has stories of multiple characters and all of us can relate to atleast few, if not all of them in one way or the other. The generously sprinkled insights into these stories from the persepective of a therapist greatly elevated the reading experience. The book enabled the group to have really meaningful dicsussions and that is the biggest win for this book to me.

This was probably the most enjoyable book I've read so far on this journey. The book is interesting, well written, easily to follow and most importantly, extremely relatable. Everyone is bound to find a character or story arc they relate to or can see someone from their life in. Emotional and rich, the stories are impactful yet grounded. Definitely would recommend this to everyone.
