A very easy read that highlights the power of humor. Though I was aware of the role humor plays in lubricating social situations, it was a great eye-opener on how effective it can be in professional settings too. This is something I would be more aware of going ahead.
Really well written book with some solid points on how to wield humor in the work place. I really like how they cover all the bases even in terms of suggestions on how to avoid awkward situations and how to remedy them as well. Give a wide range of options on how to use humor from creating minute moments to large scale ones. Highly recommend this one.
