A very easy and quick read, liked many of the insights it provided, though I prefer self-help books that research and dwell into a single topic. Priyal has summarised my thoughts about the book very well below. Nothing much to add. I would like to list some learnings that stuck with me from the book.

  1. Don´t let your negative thoughts snowball. Observe them and stop building negative scenarios in your head that 9/10 times do not happen.

  2. Be an active and genuine listener. Breathe before you speak.

  3. Life is a test, be graceful during your lows, look at them as an oppurtunity to grow and approach your day without expectations.

The book was insightful and touched on some key points and practices that the author suggests to the readers. The book is broken into 100 chapters, but there was a lot of overlap between the messaging of multiple chapters and the learnings can easily be boiled down to 20-25 key chapters. I found the book easy to practice and go through, but I would've preferred if the author didn't take such a black and white approach and defined some more parameters to put his teachings into practice. Overall, interesting read and I definitely learned some things that I still aim to practice in my daily life.
